Return/Exchange Policy Guidelines

We offer exchanges of cigars if any of the products has been damaged during shipping. We do not offer refunds for cigar products. Below are the guidelines for proper item exchange.
On boxes of 18:

Exchange will be issued for cigars if 2 or less have been consumed.

We offer exchanges on clothing if any of the products has been damaged during shipping. We do not offer refunds on clothing.

Clothing must not have been worn, with any odor other than product that is new - no clothing exchange or refunds on clothing that has been washed or dry cleaned.

There is NO refunds or returns on our signature fragrance, We offer exchanges on our fragrance if it has been damaged during shipping. 

All eyewear can only be returned within 3 days of purchase with proof of receipt and written notification to us, prior to returns or refunds.

Returning Merchandise?
If you would like to return merchandise, the merchandise must have been purchased within the last 7 calendar days (except Eyewear, which you are required to return within 3 days) and email us at to formally file for a refund.

NOTICE: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Once you have obtained confirmation from us, please follow these simple guidelines to return your cigars:

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT return any cut or partially smoked cigars. Cigars believed to be unsmokable or defective must still be in a condition to be sent back to the factory. If returns are received in less than adequate condition, our Returns Department reserves the right to refuse the package.

No exceptions to any provisions for exchanges or refunds.


ALL shipping is sent out through the U.S. Postal Service. Free shipping includes Only Standard shipping, which we provide a tracking number right way to ensure customer satisfaction and convenience to our customers.

Express shipping is only available if the customer requests express shipping at a premium price. Please send notice when purchasing from our online store.
